Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a portfolio of approximately eight stores across Charleston, Savannah, Columbia and Greenville to achieve sales, margin and client experience targets.
- Analyze district KPIs and retail analytics to identify trends, implement corrective strategies, and optimize performance against P&L objectives.
- Coach, mentor and upskill Store Managers and field leaders through regular feedback, formal development plans and succession planning.
- Conduct routine store visits and audits to ensure consistent execution of merchandising, inventory management, brand activations and operational standards.
- Champion a client‑centric in‑store culture by leveraging client insights to refine service delivery and drive loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with the FSC and brand teams to plan and execute events, promotions and local marketing that drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor market and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities and inform district strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of multi‑unit retail leadership with a proven record of driving sales and operational results across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience using KPI analysis to manage performance and profitability.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high‑performing store leaders and to build diverse, inclusive teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Comfortable making data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive multi‑unit retail leadership, with direct responsibility for multiple store managers and demonstrated success meeting sales and profitability objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
