Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock transfers between warehouses in France and the US, ensuring timely and accurate order entry and shipment tracking.
- Validate customer orders in SAP for Sephora US, Sephora Canada, and Kohls, ensuring proper transmission to the 3PL provider.
- Monitor and analyze discrepancies between delivered and invoiced quantities, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
- Lead weekly meetings with customers to discuss fill rates, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and potential tensions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance, preparing regular reports for the team in France.
Qualifications
- Five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
- 1-2 years of initial experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution.
