Sephora Distribution Center Specialist in Olive Branch, MS – warehouse operations, WMS, $20.40–$21.85/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute wave planning, delivery scheduling, and order tracking using WMS and menu-driven applications
- Perform auditing, paperwork management, and generate departmental reports
- Train floor associates on departmental procedures and preferred methods
- Follow all company standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Comply with company safety rules, OSHA regulations, and Loss Prevention policies
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed
- Maintain detailed records and prepare professional correspondence
- Address multiple priorities and handle change in a warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
