Role & Responsibilities

• Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and auditing
• Generate departmental reports and manage associated paperwork and documentation
• Train floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures
• Execute all established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output
• Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
• Maintain compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations, including reporting safety violations
• Uphold all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance; work flexible schedules and overtime as needed per operational requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or demonstrated ability to learn such systems
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of scheduled shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level experience; previous warehouse or distribution center environment exposure is preferred but not required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 21.85 per hour.
