Distribution Center Specialist at Sephora in Olive Branch, MS — full-time operational role with WMS experience and warehouse background preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and auditing tasks in coordination with distribution center operations
- Generate departmental reports and manage related paperwork and documentation
- Train floor associates in departmental standard operating procedures and preferred methods
- Follow all established company SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and Loss Prevention policies to ensure safe working practices
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance while adhering to flexible work schedules and overtime requirements as needed
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Communicate effectively and tactfully with associates, vendors, and management at multiple levels via in-person, telephone, and written correspondence
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or ability to quickly learn such systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematics skills
