Role & Responsibilities

• Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and auditing
• Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures
• Generate departmental reports and manage paperwork
• Proactively respond to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel
• Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
• Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
• Maintain flexibility for shift and overtime work as needed for business operations
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving and communicate tactfully with associates and vendors at multiple levels

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts

Experience

Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with warehouse operations, including systems management and logistics coordination.
