Sephora Las Vegas — Distribution Center Specialist (Inbound, 2nd Shift). Full-time DC role at Las Vegas Distribution Center handling inbound operations and WMS tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute inbound distribution activities including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking and receiving according to established SOPs.
  • Operate and maintain accurate paperwork, audit logs and departmental reports to preserve operational integrity and inventory accuracy.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and menu-driven applications to process inbound receipts and exceptions.
  • Train and coach floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
  • Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators and management, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Adhere to Company, state and OSHA safety rules and Loss Prevention procedures; report hazards and safety incidents promptly.
  • Provide high-quality internal customer service to cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Perform physical tasks as required by the role, including lifting, standing and walking for the duration of the shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other menu-driven operational systems preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the scheduled shift.
  • Flexible availability to work the 2nd shift (typical schedule: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM) and overtime as business needs require.
  • Strong attendance record and the ability to follow detailed procedures reliably.
