Distribution Center Specialist at Sephora, Avon, IN – Full-time warehouse operations role with $21.50–$23.00/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute wave planning, delivery scheduling, and order tracking functions using Warehouse Management System and menu-driven applications
- Generate departmental reports and manage associated documentation and paperwork
- Train floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Enforce all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards
- Maintain regular, acceptable attendance and flexible work schedule including designated shifts and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Experience
Beginner-level experience; previous warehouse or distribution center environment exposure is preferred but not mandatory. The role is designed to accommodate candidates transitioning into distribution center operations.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent credential required.
