Role & Responsibilities

• Execute operational office and clerical functions including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and departmental reporting within assigned warehouse departments
• Train floor associates in departmental standard operating procedures and preferred methods to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned department operations and proactively respond to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
• Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety protocols and regulations; report safety violations and potential hazards to appropriate supervisory personnel
• Generate professional correspondence and departmental reports using relevant systems and software applications
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards and communicate effectively with associates and vendors at multiple organizational levels
• Support inventory tracking, auditing, and order management through warehouse management systems and menu-driven applications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or demonstrated ability to learn such systems quickly
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods

Skills

Experience

Entry-level to beginner experience preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution center background is advantageous but not strictly required for candidates demonstrating system literacy and operational aptitude.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.50 to USD 23 per hour.
