DC Specialist role at Sephora's Avon, Indiana distribution center. Full-time, $21.50–$23.00/hr. WMS experience and warehouse background preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute established company standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output
- Train floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures
- Manage wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and departmental reporting functions
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Maintain Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire standards
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Generate departmental reports and manage documentation
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible work schedule as required
- Handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience
Previous distribution center or warehouse experience is preferred. The role is suitable for entry-level candidates with foundational operational knowledge.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
