Sephora Distribution Center Specialist – Full-time role in Avon, IN. Wave planning, order tracking, and DC operations ($21.50–$23.00/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and departmental reporting
- Follow established company standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output
- Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures
- Proactively respond to direction from shift coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel
- Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible work schedules, including overtime as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or ability to learn such systems
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail will be considered.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.50 to USD 23 per hour.
