Sephora seeks a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor in Avon, IN (3rd shift). Lead omni‑channel DC teams to deliver productivity, quality and safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations of a distribution center department on the assigned 3rd shift, ensuring productivity, quality, housekeeping and safety targets are met.
- Spend the majority of time on the operational floor coaching, developing and providing performance feedback to associates, including temporary agency staff.
- Plan and prioritise work to meet established timelines and prepare incoming shifts for efficient start‑up and handover.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and take corrective action to drive continuous improvement in throughput and accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to implement improvements; communicate rationale and change plans to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Enforce safety policies, lead recognition and accountability programs, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of operations experience in a high‑tech distribution/fulfillment center environment.
- Minimum 2 years of direct people leadership experience supervising frontline associates.
- Proven ability to coach, counsel and develop hourly employees; strong performance management skills.
- Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings and holidays as required.
- Ability to physically perform duties of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for the full shift.

Experience
3–5 years of progressive distribution center or fulfillment operations experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity; experience managing temporary agency staff a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations management or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,140 to USD 83,980 per annum.
