Role & Responsibilities

• Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, put away and ship products according to established production rates, processes and procedures.
• Prepare and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers in accordance with company and industry-standard operating procedures.
• Follow company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations, wear appropriate work attire, and report safety violations or potential violations to supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Work any designated shift and overtime as requested to meet business and operational needs.
• Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators, management staff and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.
• Work across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping assignments as business and operational needs require.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts or the ability to learn them.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish warehouse products.
• Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and the ability to match numbers.
• Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping processes.
• Ability to understand other business functions as they relate to the position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
