Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Sephora's Olive Branch, MS Distribution Center. Full-time, hourly position with $18/hour starting pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail locations and online customers following established standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals and warehouse management systems (WMS) to successfully receive, pick, and replenish product inventory
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping operations based on business needs
- Maintain strict compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire requirements
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance with flexibility to work any designated shift and overtime as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to support overall business objectives
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to operate RF terminals and menu-driven applications
- Cross-training capability across multiple warehouse processes
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required for seasonal roles. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior use of menu-driven applications is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
