Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate position in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time role at distribution center with $18/hr starting pay and growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders to retail locations and online customers per company procedures
- Operate RF terminals and WMS systems to receive, pick, and replenish product inventory
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company loss prevention policies, and established warehouse procedures
- Execute packing operations using company-preferred methods and quality standards
- Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping functions based on operational needs
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management personnel
- Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedule including designated shifts and overtime as required
- Provide internal and external customer service consistent with company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for full shift duration
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate RF terminals
- Basic mathematical skills and number-matching capability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Entry-level; beginner warehouse experience or familiarity with distribution center operations preferred but not required.
Education
