Sephora seeks Warehouse Associate in Olive Branch, MS for seasonal full-time distribution center role at $18/hr with advancement opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely receive, stock, and organize product according to company and OSHA safety standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare Sephora orders for distribution to retail stores and online customers
- Operate RF terminals and warehouse management systems to receive, pick, and replenish inventory
- Perform put-away, shipping, and receiving assignments based on operational needs
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with flexible scheduling requirements, including overtime when requested
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while promoting teamwork and effective collaboration
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or demonstrated ability to learn it quickly
- Ability to work cross-functionally and understand multiple business functions as they apply to the role

Experience
Beginner level; familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications preferred but not required.
