Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Sephora Las Vegas Distribution Center. Full-time, Friday–Sunday, 5 am–4:30 pm. $18/hr with shift differential eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora product orders following established operating procedures and production rates
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product within the warehouse management system
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety protocols; report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance while adhering to flexible work schedules and overtime requirements as needed
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators and management, and provide high-quality internal and external customer service
- Demonstrate ability to cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes to support operational flexibility
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior experience using menu-driven applications
- Basic mathematical skills with ability to accurately match numbers
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or demonstrated ability to quickly learn layout
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with strong attention to detail
