Fixed-term Distribution and Transportation Coordinator role at Sephora Collection in Neuilly-sur-Seine, managing EU-US logistics and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with the Procurement team to confirm goods availability dates from Asia over the following four weeks
- Validate and coordinate direct supplier collection requests with the 3PL transport provider
- Enter stock-balancing transfer orders between French and US warehouses in SAP
- Monitor transport execution and import customs clearance in France and the US, maintaining visibility for the central distribution team
- Track all key stages from pickup to final delivery in France and the US
- Transmit shipment documents to the 3PL transport provider and verify their completeness and accuracy, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading
- Create weekly reports and tracking tools by consolidating SAP ERP and transport provider data for communication with the Regional Distribution Center
- Manage and follow up on transport-related disputes with carriers and local teams responsible for the global warehouse and RDC
- Collaborate with the 3PL transport provider to anticipate requirements and provide visibility on shipping volumes
- Monitor transport, customs, and dispute-resolution costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Track on-time performance metrics of the 3PL transport provider
- Coordinate the US customs classification process with support from Regulatory Affairs and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering
- Minimum two years of supply chain management experience with distribution or transportation background
- Knowledge of distribution flows from Europe to the United States
- Working proficiency in English
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP

Minimum two years of professional experience in supply chain management with demonstrated expertise in distribution or transportation operations, preferably involving cross-border European and North American logistics.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
