Role & Responsibilities
- Allocate new and animated items and replenish core inventory from distribution centers to stores.
- Determine ideal store-level quantities for new launches and animated items to meet in-store launch dates.
- Propose and align on allocation strategies for constrained inventory to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, and Merchandising teams to identify potential upstream gaps.
- Analyze brand in-stocks and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain target in-stock levels.
- Evaluate store event impacts on baseline sales to plan for future events.
- Monitor store sales and collaborate with Demand Planning to adjust forecasts based on trends.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation.
