Role & Responsibilities

  • Allocate new and animated items and replenish core inventory from distribution centers to stores.
  • Determine ideal store-level quantities for new launches and animated items to meet in-store launch dates.
  • Propose and align on allocation strategies for constrained inventory to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, and Merchandising teams to identify potential upstream gaps.
  • Analyze brand in-stocks and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain target in-stock levels.
  • Evaluate store event impacts on baseline sales to plan for future events.
  • Monitor store sales and collaborate with Demand Planning to adjust forecasts based on trends.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel with the ability to compile statistical reports and analyze data. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Flexibility and passion for client service, innovation, and collaboration.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in inventory retail or allocation is required.
