Role & Responsibilities

  • Shape and elevate the SEAO Total Rewards philosophy, building competitive pay structures, incentive design, and reward frameworks that support business growth and talent retention
  • Strengthen Total Rewards governance across SEAO by leading annual compensation cycles, market data strategy, policy creation, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead the SEAO Total Rewards centre of excellence, driving consistent methodologies and locally relevant solutions across diverse markets
  • Lead and drive compensation strategies that reinforce Sephora's Total Rewards philosophy while ensuring competitiveness, equity, and relevance across local markets
  • Lead the regional annual compensation review cycle, including market surveys, pay positioning, merit reviews, and compensation decisions
  • Drive, track, and govern compensation-related requests across markets, ensuring disciplined follow-through and consistent decision-making
  • Design, review, and evolve benefits programs that strengthen employee experience while balancing global guidelines, local relevance, and affordability
  • Lead annual benefits renewals and negotiations across the region, driving stronger vendor value and benefits analysis
  • Lead the HR budgeting cycle across SEA and Oceania, ensuring disciplined and consistent process management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Total Rewards experience across compensation, benefits, governance, and reward frameworks, ideally within a regional or multi-market environment
  • Proven experience leading compensation review cycles, benefits renewals, benchmarking, budget planning, and data-led rewards decision-making
  • Demonstrated understanding of organization development, workforce planning, capability building, and change adoption in fast-moving business contexts
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn market data and workforce insights into practical people solutions
  • Ability to thrive in complex, matrixed, multi-country environments and confidently influence senior leaders, market HR, Finance, and global stakeholders
