Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead category operations strategies for omni-channel brand activations.
- Establish operational policies for in-store programs, new store openings, and renovations.
- Partner with the Category Management team on space and animation negotiations to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Oversee floor plan and planogram outputs, visual merchandising, and animation outputs.
- Manage regulatory submissions for imported brands.
- Lead planogram management for all categories to drive optimal customer assortment.
- Deliver innovative solutions by leveraging customer behavior and market trends to enhance space efficiency and utilization.
- Oversee market and field communications related to bi-annual brand mapping strategies.
- Manage the creation of reporting or analytics needed to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal standards.
- Implement audit processes to ensure compliance with government requirements in relation to import regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least 12 years of experience in VM, Animation, or Trade Marketing in a multi-brand retail environment.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing category operations strategies and omni-channel activations.
- Experience in managing store operations, including new store openings and renovations.

Minimum 12 years in visual merchandising, animation, or trade marketing within a multi-brand retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
