Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead a disruptive, insight-driven digital marketing strategy for European markets that drives customer acquisition, retention and advocacy.
- Translate global and regional brand vision into locally relevant digital activations while ensuring alignment with business priorities and market specificities.
- Co-own online traffic and qualitative KPIs with the ecommerce team, implementing a data-driven framework for performance measurement and continuous optimization.
- Design and execute a Publisher Strategy to expand reach via media, influencer, PR and content partnerships.
- Develop a Curation Strategy that leverages trends and consumer insight to elevate exclusive offers and storytelling across digital and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Innovate digital services (tools, consultations, virtual experiences) and incubate white-space opportunities such as retail media, gift card acceleration and education initiatives.
- Co-build and animate the European 3-year digital marketing plan; prepare pre-budget, budget and the annual digital marketing plan in collaboration with Ecommerce, European CMO and central marketing leadership.
- Produce macro briefs and oversee the creation of 360° digital assets, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (country teams, offer, media, CRM, trade, PR) to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, project management or marketing coordination; 15+ years preferred for senior leadership roles, ideally in beauty, retail or FMCG.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-market digital strategies and multi-stakeholder programs.
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical capability, strategic thinking and a proven track record of translating long-term vision into actionable plans.
- Outstanding organisational, project management and stakeholder influence skills in an international environment.
Skills
Experience
Senior leadership background with at least 10 years in digital/marketing roles; 15+ years of experience in strategic digital marketing, programme leadership or marketing coordination is preferred. Proven experience in beauty, retail or FMCG markets and multi-country coordination is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
