Sephora — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Digital Client Activation Project Assistant (Apprenticeship). 12‑month alternance starting Sept 2026 in E‑commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E‑commerce Operations team in planning and executing client activation campaigns across web and mobile (Sephora Box, gifting, live‑commerce, promotional mechanics).
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors (Offer, Supply Chain, Studio, Category Managers, marketing and web animation teams) to deliver campaign assets and ensure on‑time publication.
- Manage configuration and publishing of promotional content, games and offers on site and app, including vendor briefs, offer parametrization and visual production follow‑up.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance (sell‑through, revenue, average order value, drive‑to‑app, incremental sales) and produce regular reporting and actionable insights.
- Drive operational execution for sample distribution, packaging/unboxing initiatives and omnichannel activations in collaboration with Supply Chain and Category Management.
- Define and document best practices, identify performance gaps versus commercial plans, and contribute to forecasting and plan validation for upcoming months.
- Provide operational reinforcement during peak periods by programming animations and visibilities on the Sephora app.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme at a business school (alternance/apprenticeship candidate).
- Highly organised, rigorous and adaptable with strong project‑management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise data and produce concise reporting.
- Creative sensibility and curiosity for digital content, web trends and new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Beginner level — open to current Master’s students. Prior internships in e‑commerce, digital marketing, retail operations or campaign management are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree (business school or equivalent) and eligible for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
