Sephora Digital Catalogue Trainee position in Dubai, UAE. Support eCommerce operations, product launches, and digital merchandising in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining the newness tracker for upcoming product launches
- Support collection and validation of product information required for item setup
- Monitor launch timelines and escalate missing information to the Digital Catalogue Executive
- Track SAP code availability and update launch trackers accordingly
- Upload and organize product images within internal asset management systems
- Assist with uploading product videos and maintaining organized content libraries
- Support product sample image uploads and ensure assets are correctly categorized
- Assign products to correct website categories and support category creation
- Maintain product search keywords and filters
- Prepare daily and monthly reports from backend systems
- Maintain organized documentation and shared folders
- Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure catalogue accuracy
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an advantage

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
