Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Adobe Experience Manager Assets, including user onboarding and offboarding, platform support, access management, issue resolution, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimize automations, scripts, and agentic AI workflows that improve digital asset creation, enrichment, management, and distribution.
- Conduct metadata and tagging quality assurance, including troubleshooting automated and AI-enabled tagging capabilities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for DAM users and technical partners, diagnosing issues and developing sustainable solutions.
- Independently design, build, test, implement, and optimize integrations across Adobe Experience Manager Assets, SharePoint, and Sephora’s broader MarTech ecosystem.

- Lead discovery with Marketing, Technology, and other cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and deliver end-to-end workflow solutions.
- Use SQL and other analytical tools to query usage and adoption data, define key performance indicators, and measure DAM technology effectiveness and efficiency.
- Build reports and dashboards, analyze platform performance, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations that support strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to reduce manual work and improve connectivity across Sephora’s digital systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, platform guidelines, governance standards, and workflow best practices.
- Create and deliver training programs that increase user proficiency, promote consistent processes, and strengthen adoption of DAM technologies.

- Experience building system integrations using REST APIs, including authentication, JSON, and webhooks.
- Experience scripting or automating processes using Python or a comparable programming language.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager Assets APIs or GraphQL is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of data-pipeline and ETL concepts, including moving DAM content and metadata into downstream systems such as web, product information management, e-commerce, or SharePoint platforms.
