Sephora seeks a Desktop Support Analyst for its Mississippi Distribution Center to provide tier-2 technical support and resolve end-user incidents across the enterprise desktop environment. The successful candidate will install and configure hardware and software, perform break-fix and desk-side support, manage incident queues to meet SLAs, and support specialized warehouse systems including Zebra printers and RF barcode scanners. This role operates on a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (9:30am–6:00pm Wed–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm Sat–Sun) and requires 3+ years of technical support experience, proficiency with Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and strong customer service orientation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolve tier-2 support incidents and end-user requests, managing ticket queues to defined SLA targets
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; perform hardware refreshes and desk-side support
  • Provide onsite technical assistance and customer-facing support across the distribution center
  • Support specialized warehouse equipment including Zebra label printers, RF 9000 barcode scanners, and WT41N0 mobile devices
  • Onboard and offboard users, including hardware collection, permission removal, and system configuration
  • Collaborate with remote Network, Server, and Telecom teams in San Francisco to resolve infrastructure and DC-level issues
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 10+ systems, file systems, registry, security, and Exchange integration
  • Support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, VPN, antivirus/malware clients, and standard business software

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical support and customer service experience
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and later operating systems, including file systems, registry, and security
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and SCCM
  • Experience supporting standard enterprise applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange, Visio, antivirus/malware clients, VPN)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using logic-based methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Experience supporting RF scan guns, printers, tablets, and mobile devices in enterprise settings (desired)
  • Zebra and laser printer basic repair and troubleshooting (desired)
  • PowerShell and environmental scripting experience (desired)
  • Warehouse operations knowledge, including inbound-to-outbound material flow (desired)
  • Experience with enterprise-wide OS/application refresh projects (desired)

Experience

3+ years of technical support and customer service experience in an enterprise environment. Experience with enterprise desktop refresh projects, RF scanning equipment, warehouse operations, and remote team collaboration preferred.

Education

Technical IT training desired. Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 71,000 to USD 81,000 per annum.
