Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and ensure a seamless, high‑quality client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets.
  • Coach, inspire and develop store associates through real‑time feedback, structured performance appraisals and ongoing mentorship.
  • Recruit, hire and onboard diverse talent that reflects the brand’s values and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assistant store management or a supervisory retail role within fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen with a track record of recruiting, developing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback and build trust.
  • Passion for coaching and talent development, with the ability to translate coaching into measurable performance improvements.
  • Customer‑centric approach with experience creating personalised client experiences that drive loyalty and growth.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required; capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
