Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal product availability.
- Oversee the full product handling cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns.
- Ensure commercial excellence through effective floor management.
- Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
- Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
- Support Click & Collect processes where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's audit rules and operational routines.
- Monitor and manage department expenses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership.
- Experience in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
