Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Oversee the full product handling cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns.
  • Ensure commercial excellence through effective floor management.
  • Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
  • Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
  • Support Click & Collect processes where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's audit rules and operational routines.
  • Monitor and manage department expenses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership.
  • Experience in a premium or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation skills. Proficiency in retail systems and tools. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.

Experience

At least 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally within a premium or service-oriented environment.
