Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the skincare team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Provide hands-on floor management: support customer advisory, implement the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing) and act as a role model for Sephora DNA.
- Drive commercial performance through daily target communication, staff motivation and monitoring of KPIs (sales, conversion, services).
- Manage full product handling cycle: receiving, storage, stock replenishment, tester management, returns and inventory control.
- Execute store operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash register closing and expense monitoring for the department.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates and in-store activations; support Click & Collect if available.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora audit rules and operational routines; address daily maintenance tasks (cleanliness, pricing, product refill).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, with proven team leadership in a beauty, premium or service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting monthly and annual sales targets and driving year-on-year growth.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication, delegation and coaching abilities; reliable and solution-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and/or native-level German as required for local customer engagement.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience with prior responsibility for leading a sales team, ideally within the beauty or premium retail sector, with demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and daily store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, cosmetics or a related field preferred.
