Sephora seeks a Department Manager, Skincare & Fragrance in Frederiksberg — lead the beauty team and drive sales for Sephora Denmark.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model of the Sephora Attitude and communicate the Sephora DNA across the department.
  • Lead, coach and develop the skincare & fragrance sales team to deliver exceptional client experience and sustained commercial performance.
  • Set, communicate and monitor sales targets and KPIs; motivate the team to achieve and exceed objectives.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge across skincare and fragrance categories and ensure ongoing training for advisors.
  • Manage daily department operations including merchandising, stock control, visual presentation and store standards.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and ensure high standards of service, client retention and loyalty program activation.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and ensure resolution aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility; prior people-management experience in beauty preferred.
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong organisational and delegation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to train and develop sales advisors.

Experience
