Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage sales and customer service in departments such as Makeup, Skincare, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence through effective floor management.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Handle the full product cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns management.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register procedures.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
  • Support Click & Collect processes.
  • Monitor and manage departmental expenses.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive year-on-year sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation skills. Proficiency in retail systems and tools. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
