Sephora Sales Manager position in Marseille – lead a beauty sales team, drive commercial growth, full-time CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize commercial activity for an assigned axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Store Operations), implementing growth initiatives aligned with the store's strategic plan
- Motivate and develop a team of beauty advisors toward shared commercial objectives and customer satisfaction targets
- Build and communicate comprehensive product knowledge across Sephora's offerings and services; mentor team members to overcome category-specific challenges
- Monitor performance metrics, manage inventory within the axis, and drive conversion through team coaching and strategic merchandising execution
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a customer-service-driven retail or luxury environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through team leadership
- Strong command of beauty industry product categories and customer psychology
- Excellent communication, training, and motivational capabilities
Skills
Experience
