Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance team skills in makeup, selling techniques, and customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and create development plans for team members.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including attendance and performance concerns.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay informed on makeup, skincare, and fragrance trends to provide expert recommendations.
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained for operational efficiency.
  • Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's operational standards, including cash handling and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with store management on promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
  • Strong passion for the beauty industry and ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using technology for inventory management and customer engagement.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
