Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and guidance to team members in the Makeup, Skin Care & Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a role model by embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
- Communicate sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Manage merchandise from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail and team leadership, preferably in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in makeup.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the makeup industry.
