Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage sales and customer service in the Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence through effective floor management.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Handle full product cycle including receiving, storage, and returns management.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's operational and audit standards.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, preferably in a premium or service-oriented environment.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Customer-focused with a business-driven mindset. Excellent communication and delegation skills. Proficient in retail systems and tools. Solid understanding of retail KPIs and store operations. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and team leadership, ideally within a premium or service-oriented environment.
