Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver personalised service, product expertise and service excellence.
- Drive commercial performance through KPI monitoring, trend analysis and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including staff scheduling (Booxi), service bookings (My Skin Diag), stock replenishment, deliveries, audits and cash handling.
- Own employee relations processes—attendance, performance management and conduct—applying fair and consistent practices.
- Maintain high operational standards across sales floor, service zones and stockroom; support loss prevention and audit readiness.
- Support visual merchandising updates, seasonal activations and brand rollouts to maximise discovery and conversion.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to protect brand reputation and build long-term loyalty.
- Contribute to new store opening tasks where applicable, including unboxing and stock preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail leadership role with responsibility for floor, stock or cash operations.
- Demonstrable ability to coach, develop and performance-manage a diverse retail team.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and the capacity to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling employee relations matters such as attendance, performance concerns and disciplinary steps.
