Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations and team performance through regular coaching and constructive feedback
- Promote high-level customer service by conducting comprehensive needs assessments and recommending suitable products to clients
- Serve as an escalation point for client and team member matters, making confident operational decisions during core business hours
- Hold team briefings to communicate priorities and maintain alignment across the department
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and sales targets
- Work on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts, and late finishes to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to influence team members at all levels
- Leadership by example and proven ability to build high-performing retail teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
