Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
- Achieve store KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
- Promote a high level of customer service and recommend suitable products.
- Serve as an escalation point for clients and team matters, making operational decisions during core hours.
- Conduct team briefings and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets.
- Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
- History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
