Sephora Collection seeks a Demand Planner (CDD) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France to manage 18‑month sell‑in forecasts and S&OP alignment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain monthly sell‑in forecasts at product‑level across an 18‑month horizon, incorporating seasonality, cannibalization, launch and end‑of‑life dynamics.
- Ensure promotional and global activation plans are reflected in forecasts and reconcile SELL‑IN with SELL‑OUT figures in collaboration with category managers.
- Facilitate and animate monthly forecast review and validation meetings with category managers and regional stakeholders.
- Manage product lifecycle activities for the assigned portfolio and integrate region‑specific requirements into the demand plan.
- Contribute to the S&OP process by documenting the forecasting model, presenting alignments and escalating arbitration points to the Demand Manager.
- Monitor and report demand KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service level and obsolescence; proactively raise alerts and mitigation actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement new processes or tools to enhance forecasting performance; lead cross‑functional projects as required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- 4–5 years’ experience in demand planning or supply chain planning (minimum 3 years acceptable).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management and MRP/DRP processes.
- Familiarity with cosmetics retail dynamics and an understanding of customer‑driven demand patterns.
- Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a methodical approach and high level of rigor.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand planning or supply chain planning; ideally 4–5 years with demonstrable responsibility for forecasting and S&OP activities.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school, or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
