Role & Responsibilities

• Execute order picking, wave planning and fulfillment tasks accurately using the warehouse management system to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Perform operational clerical duties including delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management and generating departmental reports.
• Train and coach floor associates on departmental standard operating procedures and preferred methods to maintain consistent execution.
• Follow direction from shift coordinators and management; adapt to changing priorities and work overtime or alternate shifts as business needs dictate.
• Adhere to all Company, state and OSHA safety regulations and Sephora loss-prevention policies; report hazards or potential violations immediately.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and prepare professional correspondence as required.
• Perform physical tasks associated with DC operations, including standing, walking, squatting and manual lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or demonstrated ability to learn such systems quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills, strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving ability.
• Reliable attendance, flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime, and ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.50 to USD 23 per hour.
