Role & Responsibilities

• Execute wave planning, delivery scheduling, and order tracking in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Train floor associates on departmental methods and company operating protocols
• Generate and maintain departmental reports and clerical documentation
• Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
• Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report violations appropriately
• Maintain inventory audit accuracy and integrity across assigned functional areas
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service consistent with company standards
• Demonstrate flexibility with work schedules, including overtime as operationally required

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or demonstrated ability to quickly master menu-driven applications
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong basic mathematics skills
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Skills

Experience

Previous distribution center or warehouse experience is preferred. The role is suitable for beginners with transferable clerical or operational skills and a demonstrated capacity to master warehouse management systems.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 21.85 per hour.
