DC Specialist Fri-Sun Days – Sephora Avon, IN | Full-Time Distribution Center role with $21.50–$23.00/hr
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute wave planning, delivery scheduling, and order tracking using warehouse management systems
- Generate departmental reports and manage paperwork to support operational efficiency
- Train floor associates on departmental procedures and standard operating protocols
- Maintain accurate audits and resolve discrepancies in inventory and order data
- Ensure full compliance with Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and loss prevention policies
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to associates and vendors
- Support multiple operational priorities with flexibility and initiative
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or demonstrated ability to learn such systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong basic mathematics skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
