Role & Responsibilities

- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
- Work with large-scale datasets using tools like PySpark and NVTabular.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable ML solutions on cloud platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to productionize ML models and drive business impact.
- Develop explainable AI solutions to enhance model transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or data science.
- Expertise in NLP and recommendation systems.
- Research or publication experience is a plus.
