Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support on-floor client service across Sephora’s retail "worlds" (colour, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection) to ensure consistent execution of the Sephora sales model.
- Coach, guide and develop beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor store sales performance and commercial opportunities; ensure the appropriate world teams achieve their goals.
- Support visual merchandising and operational teams to maintain brand standards, in-store concepts and overall presentation.
- Act as the service manager on shift: collaborate with team members and serve clients on the floor when required.
- Allocate floor zones and adjust staffing levels to align with customer traffic and business needs.
- Participate in recruitment and interviewing for world teams and provide regular feedback to drive engagement and performance.
- Demonstrate and promote Sephora values: client focus, innovation, expertise, teamwork, respect and initiative.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a high-volume retail or beauty environment, or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers, provide constructive feedback and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated time-management, problem-solving and prioritisation skills in a retail setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to perform physically demanding retail duties.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail—preferably within beauty, cosmetics or high-volume specialty retail—or equivalent internal experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary diploma or certificate in retail management, business or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
