Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant in Melbourne; November 2026–January 2027 temporary role with potential extension. AUD $36.33/hr + loadings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience by actively listening to and understanding individual client needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage across all beauty categories
- Promote the Sephora loyalty program and guide customers through enrollment and benefits
- Multitask across store departments while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Support team members through knowledge-sharing and collaborative service delivery
- Maintain availability during peak trading periods, including late nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer-facing retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to expand beauty and skincare knowledge continuously
- Availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Flexibility to work Thursday–Sunday peak trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts
