Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes across multiple European markets, analysing KPIs and proposing operational enhancements.
- Maintain and update digital knowledge bases and content related to offers, promotions and customer-facing communications.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (case escalations, consultation and engagement rates) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Plan and lead one or more process-optimisation projects as project owner, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external providers.
- Support production sites with management of complex omnichannel customer cases and coordinate with Legal, Fraud and IT teams to resolve incidents.
- Coordinate communications with vendors and internal departments (Payments & Fraud, Regulatory, CRM, E‑commerce Catalogue) to ensure aligned case management and content accuracy.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed higher education (Master's level / Bac+4 or Bac+5) in Customer Relations, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Strong digital affinity and a solution-oriented mindset; proactive, rigorous and team‑oriented.
- Level C1 English and native or near-native French; excellent written communication in both languages.
- Good organisational and stakeholder-management capabilities; experience or interest in project management.
- Knowledge of omnichannel customer service processes and basic data/KPI analysis.

Experience
Suitable for a candidate at the beginning of their professional career; intended for students or recent graduates entering an apprenticeship programme. Prior internships or coursework in customer service, CRM or digital projects are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's level study (Bac+4/5) in Customer Relations, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline; enrolment in an alternance/apprenticeship programme required.
