Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise all sales floor areas, including beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's sales model.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback related to sales floor areas.
- Train team members on customer interaction technologies.
- Support in-store event organization to achieve set objectives and meet customer needs.
- Monitor and manage performance within the assigned store area, providing necessary guidance.
- Deliver timely feedback to team members for improvement and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
