Sephora — Customer Experience Team Lead in Laval, Quebec. Lead beauty floor teams to deliver exceptional service and sales at Carrefour Laval.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all activities and personnel across one or multiple Sephora sales-floor "worlds" (e.g., makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare) to ensure consistent brand standards.
  • Drive execution of Sephora’s sales model and service protocols so the store meets and exceeds commercial and customer‑service targets.
  • Coach, evaluate and develop direct reports through regular feedback, performance management and targeted training to raise individual and team productivity.
  • Ensure team members are proficient with client‑interaction technologies and tools; promote adoption of customer engagement platforms.
  • Manage and support in‑store events and activations to maximise customer engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback related to the assigned world and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a high‑volume retail environment, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Proven ability to recruit, build and develop store teams that consistently deliver sales and superior customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and the capacity to translate sales objectives into team execution.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in retail management, business or cosmetology is an asset.

This position is based in Laval, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
