Sephora Canada seeks Customer Experience Team Lead in La Salle, Quebec. Lead beauty retail team, CAD $21.10–$26.40/hr, full-time permanent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise all sales associates across all beauty categories to ensure consistent execution of Sephora's sales model and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Ensure timely response to customer feedback and address concerns within assigned selling zones
- Maintain accountability for team performance metrics and provide coaching and constructive feedback to drive improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions with direct reports
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events that align with sales targets and customer needs
- Train and equip team members with proficiency in all customer interaction technologies and tools
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by monitoring sales figures, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving revenue growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail or beauty retail, preferably in a high-volume store environment
- Proven ability to recruit, select, and develop talented store associates capable of training and coaching team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels with clarity and conciseness
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, P&L management, and commercial opportunities in retail

Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in a retail environment with significant transaction volume. Candidates may also qualify through internal career progression at Sephora demonstrating equivalent leadership competency.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management education or certification is an asset.
