Sephora Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) in Melbourne, temporary part-time position with flexible hours and potential for extended contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring customer service by understanding and addressing individual client needs across all product categories
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features, benefits, and applications of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings
- Promote the Sephora loyalty program and educate customers on its value and features
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product expertise
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends and iconic brands to inform customer guidance
- Support team operations during peak trading hours (Thursday–Sunday), including late-night and weekend shifts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers to foster an inclusive store environment
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Availability across key trading times, including Thursday–Sunday, late-night, and weekend shifts
